Some users experience the following error while installing the V2C license update file:
In general this means that the V2C (Vendor to Customer) file has already been installed. For example when you click "Apply File" a second time this error appears the second time. In most cases there is no license problem when you see this error. You can check the license details on http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html. This will show the license details currently installed on the key. If these details don't match what you expect or if you encounter licensing issues while running DIANA then generate a new C2V (Customer to Vendor) file and sent an email with the problem description and the new C2V file to email@example.com.
