If there is a problem with activating your license with the product key you have been provided, the please send us the fingerprint (c2v file) from your computer. 

To generate this, navigate to http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html and click on the fingerprint button on the far right of the screen.




If there is no button visible, make sure that you have first installed DIANA or the HASP driver.   Both of these can be found on our downloads page.

When we have received the file, we can manually activate the license for you.
