In DIANA you may receive the following message:
"This version of DIANA does not match your support contract. Consult your DIANA support organization to extend your support contract."
In this case, you have downloaded and installed a version of DIANA that does not match your maintenance support contract, and it is therefore incompatible with the license you are working with.
To solve this problem, please remove the current DIANA installation, and install the previous DIANA software that is compatible with your maintenance.
