There are three ways to install the V2C (vendor to customer) file.
- Using DianaIE (available in DIANA 10.0 and later)
- Using Sentinel Admin Control Center
- Using the DIANA HASP RUS utility
Install using DianaIE
In DianaIE do the following:
- Open "Help => Update Diana license"
- Select the V2C file
- Click Update
You might get a pop-up window where you can choose the location to save the C2V file. This happens after succesful installation of the V2C file. Please save the C2V file and email the C2V file to sales@dianafea.com. This will make the license renewal process easier next time.
Install using Sentinel Admin Control Center
With Sentinel Admin Control Center go to the Update/Attach section at http://localhost:1947/_int_/checkin.html, select the V2C file and click Apply File.
After successful installation of the V2C file you might see a "Download Confirmation File" link like shown below.
Please download the Confirmation file (C2V) and email the file to sales@dianafea.com. This will make the license renewal process easier next time.
Install using dianahasprus.exe
dianahasprus.exe can be found in the lib directory of the DIANA installation.
If you have a dedicated system for licenses, you do not need to install DIANA on that system. Download the HASP driver and dianahasprus.exe from the DIANA downloads page at the DIANA Downloads page and use those to setup the license server.
Start the dianahasprus.exe executable from either the {dianainstalldir}\lib directory or the downloaded zip file. Go to the Apply License File tab. At the bottom select the V2C file you received as Update File.
Click Apply Update.
