DIANA Technical Support

For current license holders, we are here to help you get up to speed with DIANA, provide software support, access to DIANA resources, and standard training is always included in any licence package that you choose.

DIANA content support - an additional option

Depending on your project, you may need extra content support. We are happy to help you with:

  • Technical recommendations: We will advise you how to best model your problem (e.g. analysis type, materials, elements, etc).
  • Input check: We will check if your model geometry, tolerances, and other input parameters are correct.
  • Model investigation: We will investigate your model, analysis set up, supporting parameters and optimize the output settings.
  • Fixing the model: With advice of our experts, we will mentor you through enhancing your model and optimizing the solution.
